About Us

The quilting industry has evolved—yet the trade events serving it haven’t. That’s why we’re launching CrossROADs, a brand-new wholesale show designed to bring innovation, fresh talent, and real value to businesses like yours.

CrossROADs will focus on affordability, meaningful education, and true business growth. This event isn’t a rehash—it’s a completely new approach to B2B in quilting.

What Can You Expect

At CrossROADS, you can expect fresh ideas and forward momentum for the quilting and sewing industry—not the same old formats recycled year after year. This show is about sparking new conversations, unveiling the latest launches, and creating meaningful connections that help every part of the supply chain grow. By moving beyond passive lectures and into dynamic, solutions-focused dialogues, CrossROADS sets the stage for what’s next in our industry and ensures every attendee leaves with insights they can put into action.

FAQ

CrossROADS is designed for the entire quilting and sewing supply chain. That includes fabric and machine manufacturers, pattern designers, publishers, distributors, sales reps, influencers, shop owners, and other industry professionals who want to launch, buy, sell, and connect at the very start of the year. Whether you’re a brand unveiling new programs, a retailer planning your buys, or media looking for stories, CrossROADS is where the industry comes together to set the tone for the year ahead.

January 15–17, 2027 at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, California.

Instead of traditional education, CrossROADS offers structured conversations where all voices can be heard. The focus is on practical dialogue, not passive listening.  There may be some specialized training opportunities at the show as well.

Yes! In fact, CrossROADS is designed to be the most media-friendly show in the industry, with dedicated space and support for content creators, press, and influencers.

Ontario is an accessible, affordable hub—close to major airports, highways, and hotels. It provides the right space and infrastructure to host the industry while keeping costs manageable for exhibitors and attendees.

Right now, you should fill out the Letter of Intent Form and tell us you are expecting to exhibit at the show. Exhibitor information, floor plans, and sponsorship opportunities will be released soon.

As we have laid out in the Prospectus, if you sign a two year commitment to CrossROADS, a 10x10 foot booth starts at $750 each if the deposit is paid by Feb 15, 2026.  Once that deadline is passed, booths rise to $875 per booth with deposits paid until May 15th, 2026.  After that date, all booths are $999 per 10x10 foot booth.  Electricity is included in these prices.

As we explain in our post Quilt Market Wrap Up video, we believe in our industry and the need to a different approach to wholesale tradeshows, so we are subsidizing the costs of booths to allow the greatest amount of exhibitors to be able to afford to attend.

More detailed information will be released soon, but there are a number of ways to send your freight to the show. If you are sending a few boxes, we recommend sending it as "hold for pickup" at either FedEx or UPS locations in Ontario, California.  If you are sending pallets, we will be arranging for some freight forwarding for early adopter exhibitors.  If you do not fall into that category, we can help you find the most economical solution for your company.
