We know you have many options in booking hotels. Why should you book with Road?
#1 - All our hotels have a "best rate" term in their contract. You cannot book a room at one of our hotels during the dates for less than our contracted rate. If you find a cheaper rate for a hotel listed in our block let us know!
#2 - If you have a problem with a hotel you book on your own we can do little to help you. However, if you have a problem with a hotel that you have booked through us, you have not only Road to California who will get involved with the Hotel, but also the Ontario Convention & Visitors Bureau.
#3 - By booking through us you are directly supporting Road to California! Our rental agreements and service contracts with the Conveniton Center are all reliant on the number of hotel rooms we book. We know there are many rooms we cannot account for that are booked outside the block! If we are able to account for all these rooms, it allows us better bargaining power with the Convention Center and the City for projects we need to continue growing in Ontario - such as the building expansion.
